| The Brits Are Back In The Swing THE first British designed and made golf club in almost half a century has been launched to take on and beat the Chinese and Japanese who have dominated the manufacture of sports equipment for a generation. akpr has been supporting Golf Alchemy based in Studley Warwickshire with the preparations for the launch that took place at Hagley Golf Club on October 28th in front of invited guests from the golfing world and local press. Launched under the 'Jack Golf' brand the wedges will be the first in a family of clubs and on the day of the launch it was announced that a contract has been signed with a manufacturer in the Black Country for the large scale production of the club that goes on sale nationally and internationally next spring 2012. On the day Tiffany Brookes and Anita Sharma - James from akpr's Promotions hosted the event. |
