Reflection
It's coming to that the time of the year when most people are looking back over the past 12 months and reflecting on the trials and tribulations of their lot. There is no doubt that whether you are a major multi-international organisation or a small independent business everyone has suffered the consequences of the economy both here in the UK and globally.
Reflection is a mirror, use it positively, don't dwell too long on the 'what might have been' just make sure that if you are not happy with what you see you do something about it for the coming future.
The past can't be changed but the future hasn't happened yet so use reflection to shape the future, there's a whole new year just around the corner bringing with it new opportunities. Don't be afraid of change, used wisely it can bring untold fortune.
